Man Dressed as Penis Disrupts Graduation.
Calvin Morett interrupted the Saratoga Springs High School graduation in an inflatable 6-foot penis costume, while diplomas were being given out, and sprayed the crowd with Silly String.
Apparently, this guy had some balls.
